I have to say that this company is very good with making sure that your needs are met in all areas. This is a family ran business and they care about the customer & their requests. I like that they have biodegradable organic products available because I am allergic to some chemicals, they did a really great job on our carpets. I highly recommend Steam Xpress of RENO!read more

We have two dogs, two kids and live in a 1300 square foot three bedroom two bath house. Everything is carpet except for the bathrooms and kitchen. Needless to say, there is always a good amount of dirty carpets to go around. With a six year old, a one year old and two furry pups, there is plenty to work with. We use Steam xPress every 4 months and our carpets last at least that long. Greg always takes care of us and makes sure our floors are the cleanest they can be! There are no complaints here. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else!read more
